I keep it pretty simple. Olive Oil, Lemon, Rock Salt, Dry Oregano and Rosemary. Usually I grill my Lamb Chops but this time I’m going to sear it on a pan then put it in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Gotta have it medium rare too
